| A wide variety of both required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12 are included in the following pages. These courses are listed along with their course descriptions. Students wishing to take courses beyond those which are required should consult with their guidance counselor to determine their eligibility for these courses. Most courses are taken in sequence so that students do not find themselves in academic difficulty as a result of taking a course that is too advanced.

teacher to obtain a copy. To be eligible to graduate, a student must complete a minimum of 26.83 units of work. Students are encouraged to complete more than the minimum requirement. All programs require:
Business-From Accounting to Computer Programming, find the most up to date technology and methods within the Business Curriculum. Driver's Education-Driver Education is treated as a discipline in general education. Emphasis is given to the relationship between man and his environment and living in a traffic-oriented society. The thirty (30) hours of classroom theory are required of all sophomores and a minimum of six (6) hours of behind-the-wheel is made available to all permit or licensed driver either enrolled in or those who have already finished the theory phase. There is a $90 charge for behind the wheel. English-The English Department consists of a wide variety of both required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12. Foreign Language-The Foreign Language Department consists of a wide variety of Courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as courses for grades 9-12. Health/Physical Education-The Health/Physical Education Department consists of required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12. Learning Support-The learning support program is governed by each student's Individual Education Program. For more information concerning your child's program, please contact one of the learning support teachers. Math-The Math Department consists of a wide variety of both required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12. Music-The music depart offers a wide variety of both curricular and co-curricular activities. Junior high coursework in music, band and chorus, senior high coursework in music theory and individual lessons, as well as madrigal, concert chorus and band provide the basis for our music department. Science-The Science Department consists of a wide variety of both required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12. Social Studies-The Social Studies Department consists of a wide variety of both required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12. Technology-The Technology Department consists of a wide variety of both required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12. Visual Arts-The Visual Arts Department consists of a wide variety of both required courses for seventh and eighth grade students as well as required courses for grades 9-12.
