A Few
Tips for School:
- Wash your hands
frequently with soap and water. Germs are passed directly and indirectly
and hands are the biggest source of contamination.
- If you are sneezing
or coughing, use tissues. They cut down on the airborne germ contamination.
Throw used tissues away and again—wash your hands!!
- If a child has
been vomiting or having diarrhea all night, keep them home; do not send
them to school to spread the stomach virus.
- If your child has
been running a fever of 100-101 or higher, do not send them to school.
Keep them home where they can rest comfortably.
