Williamsport - Elm Park Complex
At the bottom of the ramp for the 3rd St. exit turn left. Go to 1st light (Williamsport) Bank will be on the right hand corner. Turn right onto Arch St. Travel to 1st light (2-3 blocks) Turn right at light (Dunkin Donuts on corner). Go under Rt. 15 (3/4 mile) Past Bowman Field on left to a tan Fire Company, on the right. Turn right at the fire company and enter elm Park Complex.
